If a review is marked as “verified owner” or similar, this means that the review could be matched to an order in our online shop.
Unverified reviews
Reviews can also be submitted by people whose purchase has not been clearly verified via our shop system.
Such reviews are not automatically marked as a verified purchase.
Checking of reviews
We reserve the right to check reviews before or after publication for obvious legal violations, inappropriate content, spam or irrelevant statements.
We do not influence the content of reviews.
No complete authenticity check
We do not carry out a complete check of whether every review comes exclusively from a person who has actually bought or used the reviewed product.
Display of reviews
If average ratings are shown, they are calculated on the basis of the reviews submitted.
Reviews reflect the personal opinion of the person who wrote them.
